TL;DR
A setup optimized for both shipping and showing.
I stream coding sessions and make setup-tour videos. Every piece of hardware is on camera. The light bar and boom mic mean the setup is part of the content. Granola handles call notes so I can ship a video write-up in the same session.
How I think about it
Shipping is the content
I don't separate 'making content' from 'building things'. Every feature I ship is a potential setup-tour. The Figma MCP means I can pull design tokens directly in Claude — that's a video in itself. The rig is the message.
My workflow
Export as prompt before every publish
#distributionBefore I publish any major feature, I run the setup-tour-export skill. It generates a self-contained prompt that anyone can paste into their Claude Code to install what I built. The prompt is the distribution primitive.
