TL;DR

One screen. One task.

Single monitor. Magic Keyboard. No mouse — trackpad only. No mic, no boom arm, no cable chaos. Just the work. When everything fits in one screen you notice when a task is too big.

How I think about it

Constraints are the feature

Lazy depth mode + single monitor forces me to write better prompts. Can't spray-and-pray five parallel sessions. Have to know what I want before I type it. It's slower on any given task and faster overall.
