TL;DR

The desk is a garden.

Nine plants (and counting). The convertible lets me stand when I'm on a call, sit when I'm in a deep flow. The Ducky is loud enough that I feel like I'm typing something meaningful. Obsidian for everything I want to remember.

How I think about it

Context is everything — in the repo AND on the desk

A thorough CLAUDE.md reads like a well-kept garden: each section has a reason, nothing is overgrown, nothing is dead. I apply the same curatorial eye to the physical space. When the desk is right, the code is right.
